This 1880s hacienda is San Blas' most atmospheric hotel. Elegant, spacious, high-ceilinged rooms are arranged around a beautiful courtyard full of greenery and a tinkling fountain, the onsite restaurant is all soaring stone arches, and there are evocative photos of old San Blas in the lounge.
