Going strong for decades, this family-run restaurant specialises in typical Sinaloan dishes. Come here in the morning for tacos with machaca (spicy dried Sinaloan beef), chilorio (stewed pork) and chilaquiles (salsa-drenched tortilla strips with cheese). In the afternoon the menu swings toward quesadillas, pozole (hominy stew) and grilled meats. Menudo (tripe stew) is a Sunday special and legendary hangover cure.
