Tucked down a side street off the Avenida Costera drag is this hopping seafood house with its intimate palm-leaf interior spilling out onto the sidewalk. It serves cócteles of shrimp, oyster, octopus, scallop and combinations of the same, slices salmon carpaccio, does seafood enchiladas, grills and fries fish a dozen different ways, and has ceviche, of course.
