This beloved and brightly decorated restaurant has some of the city’s finest traditional Mexican food, such as Oaxaca-style black mole (a dark and powerful sauce with chocolate and chilies) made from 32 ingredients. But the specialties here are cabrito al pastor (roast kid goat) and cabezita de cabrito (broiled goat's head); eat it with your fingers, say the staff.
