This rustic lodge makes a memorable setting to reconnect with nature. Amid waterfalls and superb canyon views, Kokoyome is 100% sustainable – with solar panels, a spring-fed water source and delicious organic food (M$150 to M$200, much of it grown or produced here). The stone-walled rooms have picture windows (or a skylight for stargazing), but facilities are basic, so it's not for luxury seekers.
