One of Veracruz' most atmospheric midrange options, this colonial charmer boasts friendly staff and well-cared-for rooms with tall ceilings (many have mezzanines with extra sleeping spaces), beautifully tiled bathrooms, ceiling fans and wooden furniture. Rooms facing busy Avenida Zaragoza can be noisy, however.
