Phoenix Restaurant

Valletta

This grand restaurant will make you feel like you're a special somebody at a special occasion. There's a terrace overlooking the hotel's gardens, and following a multimillion-euro makeover, it's again a very flash place to try oysters Rockefeller or guinea fowl with a tarragon jus. The Phoenix' Saturday brunch buffet (11.30am to 3.30pm) is decent value at €35.
