Barracuda

This is a traditional, elegant restaurant set in the drawing room of an early-18th-century seaside villa on the edge of the water. There are brilliant blue sea views framed by the windows, a sunshaded terrace and a menu of carefully prepared Italian and Mediterranean dishes. The degustation menu (per person €70) is a fine way to while away the hours.
