Otters Bistro

Waterfront Otters has a glorious, shady, outdoor terrace overlooking the bay. The menu has some great Gozitan choices, including braised lamb shank with fig and orange sauce, or spaghetti Gozitana (tossed with Maltese sausage, olives, capers, tomatoes and chilli).
