This 1950s-style restaurant has the look of a '50s municipal swimming pool, with a slightly crumbling exterior fronted by trestle tables, but inside is a taste of retro-Malta, an echoing place with high ceilings. As you’d expect, old-fashioned home-cooking is the order of the day, with burgers, sandwiches, rabbit, steak, lampuka and stewed octopus. There's pizza in the evening.
