Tucked above the harbour at St Paul's Bay, Tarragon combines sea views with a sophisticated Mediterranean-fusion menu. The white-tableclothed, wooden-floorboard style is both upmarket and informal, and seasonal standout menu items could include venison and pistachio ravioli or octopus with a cherry-tomato marmalade. The three-course degustation menu (per person €50) is a great way to experience the Tarragon magic.
