Buccaneers Guesthouse

Northern Malta

This friendly, family-run guesthouse is central and nicely small scale, with just 30 rooms, and is surprisingly decent for its bargain price. Rooms are clean and well equipped – all with phone, private shower and washbasin (toilets are shared). There's a sun terrace on the roof with a pool that resembles an oversized paddling pool, and a lively bar and restaurant downstairs.
