Brand new in 2017, the Novina is eight floors of sparking modernity that stands out for its delightful staff, convenient location and creature comforts. Aimed at those who seek luxury on a budget, it might not exactly be cheap, but there's an excellent price-quality ratio given Male's abundance of overpriced hotels. Bathrooms are tiny, but minibars are well stocked.
