Istanbul serves a brief menu of familiar but hearty and delicious Turkish dishes, including İskender kebap, smothered in a rich tomato sauce and served with a thick homemade yoghurt. The folks behind Istanbul also run a Turkish grocery store opposite Pantai Tengah.
