This small lane off Jln Burma is crammed every morning with locals filling up for the day on char koay teow (fried noodles with seafood), nasi lemak (pandan-wrapped coconut rice), claypot chicken, roast pork, wonton mee, fish porridge and the like.
The market is about 2.5km northwest of Jln Penang; a taxi from the centre of George Town will cost RM15-20.
