Joo Hooi Cafe

A conveniently located restaurant-style food court, close to the Chowrasta Bazaar, good for char kway teow (flat rice noodles, cockles and eggs fried in chilli paste), laksa, fried oysters and curry mee (spicy noodle soup) and cendol (squiggly noodles in shaved ice with palm sugar and coconut milk). Stalls spill out into the alley beside the restaurant.
