Holy Guacamole

George Town

In a city with such amazing local food it feels wrong to recommend a Mexican restaurant, but the folks at Holy Guacamole are doing an admirable job. Admittedly, the offerings are more Austin, Texas than Mexico City. Still, there are lots of meat-free options, and Holy Guacamole doubles as a bar, with live music every night.
