Zinc features a selection of imported ingredients: Spanish Iberico ham, French cheeses and Canadian lobster, plus imported wines that aren't all that common elsewhere in Borneo. Naturally, the finest imported ingredients aren't cheap, but you don't come to Zinc unless you're prepared to splurge. Live music and DJs may feature later in the week.
