This compact, friendly hotel has plenty of boutique flair, with stylish rooms decked in chocolate drapes, glass-topped desks, contemporary bedsteads and burgundy or peacock-green walls. The communal kitchen area behind the lounge is a boon for flashpackers. Avoid windowless rooms, however, and note there are steep stairs to negotiate.
