This hillside restaurant just south of the village of Behemjy gets busy at weekends with people coming for one thing and one thing only: foie gras (stuffed-goose liver). A simple entree of foie gras costs from Ar6000 and main courses consist of duck in various delicious forms.

You can also by packets of foie gras to take away (Ar5500 for 250g).

Due to the production technique, foie gras is considered a controversial food item in some Anglophone countries and some animal rights organisations oppose the production of foie gras.
