Stara Gradska Kuća

Skopje

Housed in what the owners claim is the oldest functioning house in North Macedonia (now dwarfed by a new riverfront government building), this traditional place has a warm ambience, a wide assortment of traditional Macedonian dishes and, sometimes, live music. It's a bit touristy and the food isn't exceptional, but rural village decor still gives it charm in the big city.
