Pizza is easily obtained in Vilnius, but few do it with such fealty to its Neapolitan origins as 'George and the Dragon'. Opened by the husband of Lithuanian TV chef Beata Čičkauskaitė-Nicholson, it flies in tomatoes, cheese, smallgoods and even flour and seafood, to ensure all tastes as it would in Italy.
