Small Theatre of Vilnius

Vilnius

Founded just before Lithuania achieved legal independence from the Soviet Union, in March 1990, the Small Theatre has occupied its present premises since 2005. The brainchild of artistic director Rimas Tuminas, it stages productions of classic works (Chekov, Beckett) alongside plays by Lithuanian writers and Tuminas's own repertoire.
