Maryool

Maryool is as if a traditional Lebanese mezze joint did a semester in Copenhagen and came back a little more chic. The ambience is all amber wood and grey concrete, with bud vases filled with single stems. The hummus comes with chorizo, and the hindbeh (traditional broiled dandelion greens) is zeitgeistified with the addition of kale. It's all deliciously irreverent.
