Attracting a 30s-something arty crowd, this long-standing bar has a Parisian-style decor and cocktail waiters smartly decked out in ties and lab coats. And there's certainly plenty of chemistry going on in their delicious cocktails. When we last visited, they were infusing gin with Earl Grey tea to create a sensational sour.
