Pack Luck Villa

This impressive little boutique hotel has an eclectic feel of dark woods, paper lanterns, chrome fans and Persian rugs; by night, subtle lighting picks out flecks of gold leaf on its wine-red walls. Rooms are a little tight, but the three with upper balconies overlook the monks' morning meander. Downstairs is the popular Pack Luck Liquor wine bar.
