Mais Alghanim

Top choice in Kuwait City

They've been serving excellent Middle Eastern cooking at this fine place since 1953. Charcoal-grilled meats, seafood and hearty rice dishes are menu highlights, but there's so much good stuff leading up to them (salads, dips, pastries, halloumi and other mezze with all the trimmings). Huge portions are served in a light dining area with classic Middle Eastern decor.

There's a children's play area in a separate room in the restaurant complex with a climbing frame and various games to keep little ones busy while you feast.
