Layali Al Helmeya

Kuwait City

A lovely place to sit and enjoy the view overlooking Kuwait Bay, offering reasonably priced dishes; huge salads, delicious freshly made muttabal (aubergine dip) and shish taouk (grilled chicken kebab) sandwiches. While the food is good, the place is more popular with shisha smokers than diners.
