Bluezone Juice Bar

Kuwait City

Inside the Sultan Center in Sharq Marina mall, Bluezone is run by a Kuwaiti health coach named Khalidah Alessa. Her fresh cold-pressed juices and smoothies hit the spot, as do her homemade cakes and snacks, including gluten- and dairy-free options. It's one of the only places in Kuwait selling fermented products like kombucha and goat-milk kefir, a fermented milk drink.

Bone broth is also available.
