Jordan's Royal Film Commission has been piloting cinema under the stars in Wadi Rum, showing films connected to the area. If you ever wanted to see Lawrence of Arabia in situ (or The Martian – also filmed in Wadi Rum), this is for you. The open-air screenings are preceded by short films made by local children – part of the RFC's outreach work.
