Jerusalem’s newest, most popular and possibly first kosher taqueria is constantly bustling with customers coming for homemade corn tortillas brimming with meat and vegetarian toppings drizzled with mole sauces. This restaurant is a labour of love co-owned by a Mexican chef and was started through a crowd-funding campaign.
