Kibbeh, kibbeh and more kibbeh. Traditionally this Iraqi-Kurdidsh soup is made from beets, tomatoes, carrots and doughy balls stuffed with ground beef, and, of course, Morduch, which has been doling this out since 1982, does it well. Other varieties to try include those with okra, courgette and slow-roasted beef. The well-rounded menu, best for sharing, also includes a variety of stuffed vegetables, meatballs, kebabs, couscous, and chicken and beef sofrito.
