Uonobu Ryokan

Hiroshima Region

Elegantly old-fashioned Uonobu is a good ryokan experience, but it's probably best if you can speak a little Japanese, although the hosts are welcoming anyhow. It's renowned for its seafood; nonguests can eat here if they reserve by 5pm the previous day. Find it about a 20-minute walk east from the station, just after the city hall (市役所).
