Just across from the ferry terminal, Yamaichi Bekkan offers simple, clean lodgings in one Western-style and three tatami rooms. Bathrooms are all private. The lady of the house couldn't be more welcoming and speaks some English.

Breakfast and dinner (from ¥4000) can be arranged at the on-site restaurant and vegetarians can be looked after.
