This department store attached to Shinjuku Station is a good bet when you're in need of a quick bite and don't want to brave the streets outside. Reasonably priced (if not great) restaurants covering a variety of cuisines are on the 6th and 7th floors; the ground floor and second basement level have some branches of fashionable cafes.
