This tiny counter bistro dishing up homemade sausages, fresh-baked bread and bio wines (¥1000 to ¥1200 per glass) has a huge local following. Reservations are accepted only for the first seating at 6pm on weekdays; otherwise join the queue (late, or during the middle of the week, is the best time to score a spot).
