This Aoyama outpost of famed Karuizawa soba shop serves handmade, 100% buckwheat noodles all day and (nearly) all night. Go all in with the (truly) jumbo tempura prawns or add on sides of Nagano specialities like kurakake mame (a kind of soy bean) and pickles made of nozawana (a kind of mustard leaf).
