When sumo wrestler Koto-ga-ume retired he opened this restaurant specialising in chanko-nabe, the protein-rich stew that rikishi (sumo wrestlers) eat by the bowlful to put on weight. His recipes are based on the ones from his stable, Sadogatake-beya. Get the suishō-nabe (水晶鍋), made with a rich chicken bone broth and stuffed with a dozen ingredients (including Koto-ga-ume's delicious chicken meatballs).
