Up the hill from the port, this immaculately clean pension with a big 'U-ni-!' sign has Western-style twin rooms. Meals include local seafood; rates with board drop when uni season finishes in September. The owners offer free shuttle service anywhere within a 5km radius (including the ferry terminal).
Family run, and started by the nonagenerian family's grandmother after she retired, this place is wonderful value, especially if one orders meals.
