This utilitarian block is in need of an overhaul and we hope it never happens – because this is currently the most economical ski-in, ski-out option left in Niseko. It's right in front of the Grand Hirafu gondola, rooms are plain but comfortable and the breakfast buffet has a good spread. Look for package deals that include lift tickets.
