Practically in its own forest uphill from the bus station, this sprawling onsen ryokan (traditional hot-spring inn) boasts 16 rotemburo (outdoor baths), plus indoor and private baths. After 9pm baths are exclusively for overnight guests. Rooms are Japanese style, and meals are hearty and local.
