Upstairs in Ōmi-chō Market, chefs from Hong Kong prepare authentic Szechuan- and Hong Kong–style dishes (including dim sum) from scratch. Delicious lunch and dinner set menus are excellent value. The spicy, salted squid is exquisite, and the tantanmen (sesame-and-chilli ramen) will have you coming back for a second bowl.
