If Pixar made a movie about Ironshore hotels, the Cariblue would be the runty, spunky little hotel that doesn’t have the flash of all those big all-inclusives, but plenty of moxie and heart, gosh darn it. The simple rooms are a bit underwhelming and the place feels friendly but in need of TLC. Wide range of water sports on hand.
