Kuyaba on the Beach

‘Kuyaba’ means 'Celebrate!’ in the Arawakan language, which is exactly what happens here each evening at sunset as guests tuck into the likes of shrimp rundown with papaya salsa, snapper with coconut callaloo and upscale Jamaican standards. The lunch menu is more laid-back: crab cakes, kebabs and gourmet sandwiches, plus superb pepper shrimp. Continents may drift before you get served, though.
