Pepper Jerk

This is the epitome of a great jerk spot: thatched roof, casual outdoor seating, mellow reggae in the background and an awful lot of flavor packed into the meat, slow-cooking over pimento wood. There's the chicken with the crisp, blistered skin, liberally seasoned with allspice, and the spicy hit of jerk pork that bounces pleasingly between the teeth.
