Traditionally a fritolin was an eatery where diners sat at a communal table and tucked into fried fish. This is the modern equivalent, albeit smarter, more sophisticated and much more expensive. The star act is the top-quality seafood, sourced daily from the nearby Rialto Market. A set lunch is available (€35 including wine), except on Sundays.
