It simply doesn't get any more Umbrian than this: a lovely, warm interior with tables set on a rough wooden floor and wall dressers packed with wine bottles. The earthy regional food plays its part too, with dishes like smoked pork with porcini mushrooms and black truffles leaving you happy and full fit to burst.
