Down a narrow alleyway, this choice spot for apericena (an aperitivo so big it works as dinner) runs with a Km0 philosophy (Italian for locally sourced, farm-to-table etc). Grab a small table and order from a bevy of salumi, cheeses and torta al testo (Umbrian flat bread, often stuffed with yummy fillings), all sourced from local farms. Wash it all down with numerous wines on draught.
