An inviting budget option, the two-star Rosalba occupies a hard-to-miss pink town house just off the escalator up from Piazza Partigiana. Facilities are modest but its clean, simply attired rooms offer top value for money. The best come with balconies and views, though one, downstairs, is a tad dark. Breakfast is €4.50 extra.
