The Americano and Negroni Marchigiano (with the vermouth traded for verdicchio wine) are fantastic, as are the abundant accompanying snacks. But the headline act is the Torino Special, a spiky blend of red vermouth, Campari, vanilla liqueur and bitter orange.
The name comes from the bar's claim to be the first in Italy outside of Turin to serve Vermouth.
